My Beautiful Place

Beyond the horizon and over the clouds there lives my beautiful place wandering about in the mists of the air. I will tell you about my journey that yet has never been told...

As I entered the gold gates of Heaven, everywhere I looked I could see real gold. Then I saw Mary mother of God greeting me as I walked in. I saw a bright light that shone like a star in the midnight sensation. Then there was a path that was narrow. It led me a short distance, and there I was, bowing down to the Lord our God. With him were seven angels that stood beside him.

I then walked on and took a little scroll around this city. I heard voices of praise and worship. Their voices were like harps being played at the correct beat. The big bold trumpets trotted around the streets of gold. I saw another group of singers praising and worshiping our God. Some of them were preaching the great gospel of God. John chapter three (3) verse sixteen (16) reads: “For God so love the world so much,He gave his only begotten son, So whoever shall believe in him shall not perish but will have a everlasting life.”

My lunch for today was the gospel of god. I learnt a lot of things that filled up my day. I balanced out my food with the holy spirit, praise and worshiping, preaching. I already felt like I had lived here for many centuries.

I could smell many blessings coming my way. WOW! It wasn’t small blessings it was big blessings for me and my family. I thanked the lord for giving me this opportunity to live a new and better life and getting to see this amazing place.

I ended up where I was in the beginning. I whispered to our great God “Lord thank you for this lovely day.” When I touched his stunning robe I was amazed. His robe was soft and silky. My fingers ran through his robe. I bowed with happiness. That was the best experience of my life.

This beautiful place will exist forever in my mind and heart. Praise God!

Describing Piri Weepu

It was windy as I looked out from the stadium to see Piri Weepu....leading his strong team to victory. He roared and he thumped his way through the field. Mr Weepu’s dark eyes opened wide and he looked as if he were a fierce tiger looking for food. His team did the haka proudly. The All Blacks were supported with many people. The look on Piri Weepu’s face was the look of a strong man. The All Blacks slapped their thighs and thumped their solid legs onto the ground. Piri Weepu looked like a real ambassador for his country. His skills were elite.

The game started. I Saw Mr Weepu jogging to his position. As time ran by I saw him sprinting rapidly across the field near the try line. He dodged and stepped his way through to the try line. Mr Weepu dived for a try. I heard the referee’s whistle blow. He yelled with a mighty voice “TRY!” I jumped up out of my seat and cheered with amazement. Piri Awahou Tihou Weepu’s team mates were glad. They greeted him with pleasure. He was born on the 7th of September 1983 WOW no wonder he runs so fast because he’s a young man.

The time was now half time.Piri Weepu’s number behind his back was number 9! After the first half had gone he was so elite that...his coach Graham Henry let him play on the second half too.The game passed and Piri Weepu’s team had won. Piri Weepu is a representative role model. What a player!

Buddy Writing-Welcoming Tonga

As I dived into the red, brown and white sea crowded with proud supportive Tongans, I saw many Tongan people waving the Tongan flags as if we won the Rugby World Cup.Many Tongans felt very supportive,so us Tongans decided to decorate our houses, cars, gardens with the Tongan flags to represent our nationality.I saw many people dancing, jumping in excitement and I also saw people with brown island skin painted in Tongan colours with courage. Some people wanted to store this special occasion,so they took a video with their cellphones, cameras and video cameras. The chanting of the crowd was louder than the plane landing to it’s destination.Everyone shouted happily as the Ikale Tahi team made their way to the stage. As they did their haka tau I saw them wear a sote (shirt),tupenu (boy’s black lavalava),hekesi (tie),Ta’ovala (tapa).Their haka tau looked polished and sharp.

I heard people shouting, screaming, laughing, cheering and chanting. The crowd was singing the Tongan National Anthem. It was proudly presented to them with love and hope. All I could hear is people chanting in Tongan language.Rugby fever spread quickly across the airport.Everyone was cheering for their beloved families, everywhere you walked there were shouts of “GO TONGA!” Some people yelled out with their loudest “MATE MA’A TONGA”.I felt so squished, the noise of the horns disturbed my ears.

The pride I felt was unspeakable. It felt like my heart beamed out like a sprout shooting across the sky like a star. The boiling sun blazing across the blue sky.I was exhausted from waiting.Even though I was squished and squashed I felt patriotic. We did it for the love of my people and the love of rugby.
